Our cocktail range is a mix of traditional Brazilian and modern Australian flavours, bringing to your guests a mouth watering, vibrant experience!

What is included in the package:

Customize your food selection:

♦  Start by completing your enquiry form with your desired food selection so we can send you a personalised quote.

→ Choose your service “Cocktail Events”

→ Choose your savoury canapes selection – minimum of 7 items (included in the package) and maximum of 9 items (additional cost)

→ Choose your sweet canapes selection in case you’d like to provide your guests with a delicious treat (minimum of 4 and maximum of 6 items – additional cost)

♦  We will be sending your quote shortly after submitting your enquiry form.

♦  Closer to the date of your function we’ll be confirming with you final number of guests and your final food selection.

How it works:

♦  On the day, our team arrives around 2 hours prior to main service to make the magic happen! (according to number of guests and menu)

♦  Our Chefs and assistants prepare the delicate selection freshly bringing all equipment we need to cook, assemble and serve the selection on site.

♦  Our friendly waiters and waitresses serve the selection roaming around on platters to all guests.

♦  We are passionate about our food: this is why we serve it with a smile on our faces!

♦  Once service is finished we pack all equipment back in the van and leave only great memories of delicious food and outstanding friendly service behind, so you don’t have to lift a finger on your party but receive all the compliments!
