Function is secured when the 40% deposit is paid.

If an event is cancelled after the deposit has been paid, Brazilian Barbecue Catering shall be entitled to retain the deposit to offset the cost of the reservation of the time for your event, administration and preparation for the event. If an event is cancelled within 5 business days of the date of the event, Brazilian Barbecue Catering shall be entitled to retain the full payment held by them and shall be entitled to full payment of the cost of the event, if it is not held by Brazilian Barbecue Catering, (unless other arrangements are confirmed to you by us by email).

For our standard package we supply one Chef and one Assistant, rates vary depending on the day of the function, we have a minimum fee  to be applied.

Yes, we do. The tasting is held on our commercial kitchen and the dates are defined by our head chef and It is FREE!!! As we usually have more couples invited to the tasting we just can secure two spots.

We do not provide wedding cake, but we have some suppliers to recommend. Also, we have wedding desserts on our menu, check it out!

Of course we are going to answer some questions on the tasting day but is not the best moment to ask everything, we try to give attention to everyone on the day, but if you need to discuss more details about your special day you can call us or send an email, or even arrange another day to discuss in person.

We bring salad selection to tables in porcelain bowls (serving utensils provided) for each group of guests to share. Meat selection is served in waves by our waiters – one option after the other – directly onto guest’s plates, straight off the BBQ – the traditional Brazilian style!

We set up a beautiful food station where guests will serve from – buffet tables dressed with linen and all equipment to serve your food selection (tables provided).

We require 40% deposit of the full amount of the quote to secure the date of your event.

The final balance is due to 7 days prior the event.

Yes we do. We have the delicious vegetarian handmade veggie patty that is also vegan. Our meat is 100% gluten free and most of the salads as well. For more information please contact us.

Apart from Pork Chorizo and Pork all of our meat is halal certified.

Final guest’s numbers and menu selection can be confirmed until 7 days prior to the date of the event. After that we only accept increase on guests number.

Unfortunately we do not provide bar service. But we have some suppliers to recommend.

Staff usually arrives 2 hours prior canapes or main service.

In a party catering style the food service usually last 1 – 1:30hours.

We don’t provide tables and chairs for guests to sit at, but we do provide tables for the buffet and for the Chef to use for food preparation. For tables and chairs for guests we would suggest the customer to contact a hire equipment company.

Our tables for buffet are 1.80m x 0.75m each, so they would be 3.60m long.

Our mobile barbecues can pass through any standard door and we usually use as reference the area of our marquees 3m x 3m. But not necessarily a square area (can be a side driveway or any area in you backyard / front yard).

The out of area fee is calculated by or system and its specifically to cover our costs with staff and car costs like insurance and fuel.
